Services & Heirloom Design

What types of items can you work with?

We specialize in turning personal assets into heirlooms, including wedding keepsakes, anniversary leather, and corporate awards. With both Fiber and CO2 lasers, we work on Metals (Steel, Titanium, Brass), Leathers, Hardwoods, and industrial polymers. We do not engrave PVC or Vinyl.

Do you provide restoration help?

Yes. We offer limited custom restoration for small family heirloom projects. This is a unique service where we help breathe life back into aged objects through precision specialized techniques.

Can I bring in my own item?

Yes! We take great pride in transforming your "cherished items"—from family heirlooms to everyday personal gear—into legacy pieces using our specialized laser technology.

Do you perform NFA/Firearm engraving?

Yes. As a licensed FFL holder (MKV Industries), we provide precision NFA compliance and bespoke firearm customization in accordance with federal law.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. To ensure every project receives the dedicated guidance it deserves, all visits to MKV Customs are by appointment only.

What are your hours?

We are open for scheduled appointments Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on weekends.

Process & Pricing

How much does custom design cost?

Every project is unique. We provide personalized quotes during your consultation. We have a shop minimum of $35 to ensure quality setup for your heirloom.

What is your turnaround time?

Most heirloom projects are completed within 48 to 72 hours once the design is finalized.

Do you offer shipping?

Currently, we do not offer nationwide shipping. To ensure the complete safety and security of your custom pieces, all items must be dropped off and picked up in person at our Henderson studio.
